This role leads all phases of project execution, including planning, scheduling, cost management, procurement, and contract administration, while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing budgets and forecasts, coordinating with Project Controls, overseeing change management and risk mitigation, and ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders. The Project Manager builds and maintains strong client relationships, reviews design changes for commercial and schedule impacts, and provides regular updates on safety, quality, progress, and financial performance. This position also supports the growth and development of project team members and promotes a culture of accountability, collaboration, and safety excellence. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field • Extensive GC/EPC experience in engineering, estimating, management, and construction • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project • Strong business management and project financial acumen • Ability to navigate corporate processes and industry standards • Travel flexibility required Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Tuition reimbursement • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
