This role works alongside existing teams, in service of operationalizing our commitment to becoming an anti-racist organization, Our Promise and Policy 0010 (Equity, Race & Identity). The Project Manager in Human Resources must have proven skills in planning, facilitating, modeling, coaching, and implementing strategies to scale. They work to create project plans; define the strategic implications of projects and determine the requirements to achieve a successful implementation, including advising on the body of research about change management and racial equity in education, particularly as related to workforce planning and strategic staffing initiatives. The Project Manager in Human Resources must establish effective communication and collaboration across internal Human Resources teams, as well as across divisions and departments within Central Office (i.e. Business Services, Student Learning, Digital Transformation, etc.), Cabinet, building administrators and community stakeholders.
