Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
• Review construction contract documents and collaborate with General Contractors, subcontractors, and clients
• Lead fire sprinkler installation projects from estimation to completion
• Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and job costs
• Coordinate field staff, design team, and fabrication schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Communicate professionally with clients to build long-term relationships and resolve issues efficiently
• Organize kickoff meetings, track purchase/change orders, and attend regular project meetings
Estimating:
• Estimate fire sprinkler projects based on specifications and drawings
• Perform hydraulic and hydrant calculations, layout seismic bracing and underground systems
• Prepare and submit accurate bids for the Sales Department
• Maintain and update job tracking databases
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience inProject ManagementorEstimatingwithin theFire Sprinklerindustry
• Ability to read and interpret construction and fire protection drawings
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in managing budgets, job costs, and change orders
• Knowledge of permits, submittals, and RFI processes
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Capable of managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Familiarity with construction site coordination and fieldwork when necessary
• Comfortable using project management tools and digital file organization systems

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
