We currently have an opening for an ambitiousProject Manager/Estimatorin ourSeattlebranch. This full-time hybrid (2 days home, 3 days office) position offers tremendous growth opportunities, including diverse projects, supported career development, and potential for advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for both major and minor projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and installation of materials, meeting customer specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to foster a collaborative and solution-oriented environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures, ensuring quality and efficiency in project delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing project concerns, handling change orders, and troubleshooting issues.
• Adhere to and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all project sites.
• Assist in expanding the customer base by identifying new business opportunities and building a strong professional network.
• Lead and mentor teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
• Answer calls and handle walk-in traffic efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate responses and quotes using standard pricing policies, estimating, and quoting processes.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting products and services that align with customer plans and budgets, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.
• Take a proactive and professional approach to troubleshooting, maintaining strong organizational abilities to manage diverse projects effectively.
• Understand and interpret customer needs from architectural specifications, drawings, and plans to ensure product recommendations and solutions comply with required building codes and legislative bodies.
Your Skills:
• Diploma or degree in Construction Technology, Architectural Technology, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project coordination and management.
• Strong understanding of Divisions 8, 28, and 10 scopes of work, including doors, frames, hardware, and access control systems.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, ERP systems).
• Certifications such as PMP, AHC, or DHI are an asset.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
