Job Description

AECOM is actively seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager/Transit to join our World Class Transit Team in Pittsburgh, PA. Here you will have the opportunity to coordinate and provide technical expertise for mid to large-size transit projects, including Light Rail, Bus, and Facility improvements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead technical client relationships and plays a major role in client interfacing.
• Lead discipline department efforts to grow technical expertise and mentor staff.
• Lead client business development work.
• Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.
• Manages ongoing multi-discipline engineering work and delivers technical work product
• Manages ongoing bidding and design support during construction of project
• Approves and sign off on work.
• Provides scope and estimates for engineering proposals to meet requirements on medium and large, complex engineering projects.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Professional Engineer License is required
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous Civil and Transit Engineering experience preferred
• Previous Project Management experience preferred
