Trissential is seeking a Project & Organizational Change Manager to join our client's team in a primarily remote role, with occasional onsite work in Arden Hills, MN. The ideal candidate will lead an enterprise-wide asset management initiative, implementing a comprehensive approach to asset management that enhances data-driven decision-making and improves the efficiency of asset acquisition, utilization, and maintenance. Key goals include increasing transparency and collaboration within the organization, engaging both employees and stakeholders, and supporting informed capital planning. The project, currently in progress, has successfully completed initial components, including a Service Request System (SRS). The candidate will oversee the continued deployment of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system and lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts, including readiness assessments, change strategies, communication, and training plans. This role requires a visionary leader with strong project management skills and expertise in change management to ensure successful adoption and integration across the organization. This role is open only to candidates authorized to work and reside in the US.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Understand project drivers and expected business outcomes
- Develop project plans, including tasks, resource assignments, and schedules
- Manage deliverables according to the plan, making necessary adjustments
- Provide regular updates to governance, leadership, and key stakeholders
- Set and communicate work priorities, monitor, and report progress
- Track project budget, partner with the EAM System Manager to manage budget, monitor spending, and forecast future costs
- Manage changes to scope and deliverables to achieve project goals within the approved time and cost, recommending timely corrective action when needed
- Provide leadership and direction to the EAM implementation team to ensure project success
- Coordinate and collaborate with AssetWorks (Vendor) Project Manager
- Log and follow through to disposition project-related risks, action items, issues, and decisions; escalate issues and risks as needed
- Monitor progress, track hours, and report status
Primary Deliverables
- Conducting impact analysis
- Performing stakeholder analysis
- Conducting readiness assessments
- Developing and implementing OCM (Organizational Change Management) strategies
- Providing input into project plans for OCM-related deliverables, activities, and tasks
- Developing and executing communication plans
- Modifying training plans and materials as needed
- Collaborating with vendors for training delivery
- Creating and delivering governance-related presentations
- Contributing to post-implementation support plans
- Developing and executing evaluation plans
- Analyzing and reporting evaluation results
- Developing and implementing sustainment plans
- Maintaining a RAID (Risks, Action Items, Issues, Decisions) register
- Preparing EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office) and sponsor status reports, including hours burndown
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
- B.S. or B.A. degree (4 year) (or Associates degree plus an additional 5 years' experience)
- Proven competency in Project Management
- Proven competency in Organizational Change Management
- 5+ years' experience in developing and delivering training
- Intermediate-level skills MS Office Suite including Visio
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience managing projects in state, county, or city governments or non-profit sector
- Experience with Enterprise Asset Management systems
- PMP certification from PMI
- CCMP certification from ACMP or Prosci certification

Benefits
Trissential offers competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000 annually based on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
