What you'll do:

Project Planner supports activities/resource planning of Fabric Care and Dish Care Technology and Laboratories, based on Microsoft Project and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Platform according to Generation Plan, Cost, Quality and Technology Road Map.

In detail, you will: 

• Create and maintain Microsoft Project Plaining and PPM

• Synchronize and link Technology and Laboratories departments plan into single plan according to project level innovation, allocation of resources and testing capabilities

• Create and maintain Standard Time according to Test Manual, Components Supply Specification and other activities in Technology and Laboratories

• Optimize resources and number of prototypes

• Maintain prototypes list in Model Shop

• Collect and release project status documentation for Check Point Meeting

• Work autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines to contribute to improvement

• Solve a range of straightforward to complex problems

• Interact with cross-functional teams, shares knowledge

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent through acquired technical knowledge

• 1-2 years of work experience in project management in a large manufacturing environment. Fresh graduate is welcomed.

• Good Experience in Microsoft Project

• Creative and proactive

• Ambitious, growth mindset with "can do" attitude

• Strong English communication ability (both written and spoken)
