Job Description Summary

For Grid Solutions, Offshore HVDC represents a key differentiating technology and a central focus for the business, particularly in Europe, where Transmission System Operators have ambitious renewable energy targets. In this context, and specifically for Germany, Grid Solutions is partnering with 50Hz on the first HVDC Grid Connection System in the Baltic Sea.

As part of this initiative, Grid Solutions is seeking an HVDC Project Reporting Manager to support the reporting management of a large, complex, multi-year EPC project (contract value > $1B).

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Creating and coordinating regular project reports and meeting minutes for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborating closely with the project management team.
• Updating KPI information and preparing corresponding overviews.
• Compiling project documents based on the project team's requirements.
• Providing foundational support for project management (e.g., preparing data for PowerPoint presentations and structuring Excel sheets).
• Managing project documentation and distributing relevant documents to third parties (e.g., clients and suppliers).
• Independently handling sub-tasks in various projects under the guidance of the project manager.
• Ensuring the timely and high-quality handover of all necessary documents to the project team.
• Coordinating and corresponding with clients and suppliers.

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and a good understanding of business management concepts.
• Comfortable scheduling appointments using various technical tools.
• Structured, independent, detail-oriented, and reliable working style.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
