Position Summary We are looking for aPromotional Products Specialistwith proven expertise in hard goods. This role requires strong product knowledge, vendor sourcing skills, and advanced experience usingSAGEsoftware to manage the promotional products process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities • Source, price, and recommend promotional hard goods using SAGE. • Manage the order lifecycle from concept through delivery. • Work directly with clients to match products to branding and budget needs. • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure quality and competitive pricing. • Track industry trends and introduce fresh, creative product ideas. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of hands-on SAGE experience(required). • 5+ years of experiencein the promotional products industry. • Strong knowledge of hard goods and promotional product categories. • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail. • Effective communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with additional industry tools such as ASI, DistributorCentral, or PromoStandards. • Experience managing large-scale corporate or educational promotional programs.
