About the Role
We’re seeking a driven, energeticPromotions and Sales Associateto represent our clients face-to-face at on-site events, pop-ups, and retail activations. This is a hands-on sales position where you’ll actively engage with customers, present products, and close sales in real time.
What You’ll Do
• Represent the brand in-person at high-traffic retail locations, pop-up activations, and community events.
• Approach potential customers, start conversations, and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Conduct product demonstrations and guide customers through purchase or service sign-up.
• Track daily sales, leads, and engagement using our CRM system.
• Set up and break down displays, signage, and promotional booths.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Provide feedback from the field to improve marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Be Selling
We focus on promoting leading telecom services such as mobile phones, mobile phone service, landline phone service, internet service and television service, connecting customers with solutions they can experience and purchase on the spot.
What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in marketing or business a plus.
• 1+ year of experience in direct sales, retail, event marketing, or promotions.
• Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working in face-to-face selling environments.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Competitive base pay ranging from $50,000 - $65,000 plus uncapped commission structure.
