A growing Houston-based property management company is seeking a driven, licensed real estate sales professional to join our high-performance sales team.
This is a 100% commission role with ramp-up bonuses during your first 90 days and a clear path to six-figure earnings. We provide warm inbound leads, full training, a company car, and the systems to help you thrive—you bring the energy and drive.
Compensation & Bonus Plan:
- Top performers earn $96K to $144K+ annually
- Paid Monthly based on Closed Leases for properties you sign up
- Ramp-Up Performance Bonuses:
• Month 1: Earnings Ramp – Hit 33% of Target Monthly Closing - $8,000 Comp
• Month 2: Earnings Ramp – Hit 50% of Target Monthly Closings - $9,000 Comp
• Month 3: Earnings Ramp - Hit 66% of Target Monthly Closings - $10,000 Comp
• Month 4 & Beyond: 100% of Target - On Target Income is $12,000 + Comp

What You'll Do:
• Convert inbound leads from investors and property owners into new clients
• Prospect and network with real estate agents, brokers, and investors
• Guide new clients through onboarding, make-ready, and leasing steps
• Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth handoff to the property management team
• Use our CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline and follow-ups

Ideal Candidate:
• Active Texas Real Estate License (Required)
