Hours:Full-time, 40 hours per week. Schedule may include weekends and after-hours availability as needed for emergencies or community demands.
Physical Demands:Light β occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds; includes climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilledProperty Managerto oversee the daily operations of a residential rental community. This role involves supervising onsite staff, managing resident relations, leasing activities, maintenance coordination, and financial performance. The Property Manager ensures the community operates smoothly, meets budget goals, and maintains high resident satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
β’ Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience as a Property Manager in a multifamily housing environment
β’ Strong background in leasing, customer service, and marketing
β’ Experience with budgeting and financial reporting preferred
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); property management software experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities:
Resident Relations & Operations:
β’ Lead daily operations of the community and support site team with training and supervision
β’ Greet and assist prospective residents; maintain high-quality resident service
β’ Conduct property inspections and walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness and readiness
β’ Address maintenance concerns, lease violations, and resident issues promptly
β’ Follow up with new residents to ensure a smooth transition
Leasing & Marketing:
β’ Drive leasing efforts and manage occupancy goals
β’ Maintain accurate and appealing online listings and social media presence
β’ Conduct regular market surveys and adjust strategies accordingly
β’ Ensure accurate and complete lease documentation
Financial Oversight:
β’ Monitor rental income and manage delinquency with appropriate follow-up
β’ Assist with annual budgeting and financial forecasting
β’ Approve invoices, track expenses, and oversee payroll submissions
β’ Recommend rent adjustments to support financial goals
Property Maintenance & Presentation:
β’ Partner with maintenance staff to prioritize and complete work orders
β’ Ensure consistent curb appeal and community standards are upheld
β’ Coordinate vendor services and preventative maintenance tasks
β’ Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
