Please note: Candidates should reside north of Highway 8 to enable a reasonable commute. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and customer service oriented property manager to independently handle a wide range of tasks. This role oversees a portfolio of single family homes, condos, and apartments in San Diego County. The property manager is fully responsible for all aspects of property operations in a fast-paced environment while independently and professionally meeting the needs of tenants. Qualify prospective tenants, approve applications, draft lease, and complete the move in process. • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate response. • Maintain Properties:Oversee resolution of maintenance requests from request to completion. • Tenant Relations:Field tenant inquiries, troubleshoot, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. Collect Rents. • Compliance:Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures. • Customer Care:Never hesitate to pick up the phone and speak with prospective and current tenants. Skills • Enjoys working with the public. • Can do attitude. • Customer service orientation. • Interpersonal savvy with strong communications skills. • Well organized with time management skills. • Conflict resolution. • Tech-savvy. Qualifications – Requirements • Four years+ of experience managing residential portfolios. • CA DL, clean driving record and qualified auto required. • Real Estate license required. • Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required. • Live north of Highway 8 in order to have a reasonable commute. Schedule: • 8 hour shift Supplemental pay types: • Bonus pay Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan Experience: • Residential property management: 4 years (Required) License/Certification: • California Real Estate License (Required) • California Drivers License (Required) Ability to Relocate: • San Diego, CA 92108: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
