PRICE REALTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, an established and growing management company is currently seeking an experiencedProperty Managerto join our team at our multi-family community located in Austin. To be successful in this role we are looking for candidates that possess strong leadership, customer service, marketing and team building skills. The position requires excellent skills in the management and motivation of people, the ability to communicate effectively with residents, prospects and vendors and to present a positive, professional manner. The Property Manager will report directly to the Regional Manager and be responsible for the management and overall performance of the community. In addition, the position requires the following: BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS β€’ Responsible for maintaining the physical and financial integrity of the property and maximizing the returns from the property in accordance with the owner’s objectives including leasing, collections, resident service, maintenance, reporting, and safety and legal compliance. β€’ Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy. β€’ Effectively maintain product knowledge of community and competitive communities through consistent evaluation of market conditions and trends. β€’ Responsible for recruiting, training and developing of site personnel. β€’ Maximize income, control expenditures and maintain financial objectives through effective planning and control to meet re-determined budgetary goals. β€’ Attend to the needs of residents, potential residents, and associates in a manner utilizing advanced skills in customer service to ensure that both the internal and external customers are treated with respect, have their concerns properly addressed in a timely manner, and are given proper information regarding policies, procedures, and practices. β€’ Sound knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements including experience with vendors and contractors. QUALIFICATIONS: β€’ 5+ years management experience with large (400 Units) multi-family property β€’ Strong financial background that includes managing budgets and operating expenses β€’ Strong customer service, interpersonal and supervisory skills β€’ Strong organization and time-management skills β€’ Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel; OneSite experience a plus β€’ Valid Driver's License and current auto insurance required We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including 401(K), full employee medical, dental and vision coverage.
