Job Description
• 完成样品制作任务
• 协同工程师加工原始样品，以检验工艺方法和文件的正确性
• 在工程师的指导下，制定或检验工艺文件Cutting plan, WI等
• 在工程师的指导下，创建并维护M-BOM
• 在工程师的指导下，正确实施工程更改和过程变更
• 在工程师的指导下，做方法研究和时间研究
• 在工程师的指导下，按BOP设计及放行现场工装tooling
• 在工程师的指导下，进行提升生产效率，降低人力&材料成本的改善活动
• 快速反应并协助团队解决现场发生的人、机、料、法等各类问题，保证生产的正常运行
• 快速反应并协助团队分析并解决现场存在的产品质量问题或质量风险
• 承担相应的生产员工培训及评审任务
• 必要时作为其他项目的后备技术员
