Proximity Marketing Agent – Lead Generation Canvasser (Door to Door) Location:Phoenix, AZ Job Type:Part-Time/ Full Time- Evenings Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated, energetic Proximity Marketing Agent to join our neighborhood outreach team. In this role, you will connect with residents in targeted communities, share information about our services, distribute promotional materials, boost brand awareness, and schedule appointments for our Roofing Professionals to conduct thorough roof inspections. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, working outdoors, and representing a growing brand in local communities. Key Responsibilities: • Schedule Qualified Roofing Inspection Appointments via Door Knocking • Distribute flyers, door tags, and digital offers to raise awareness of our services • Initiate friendly conversations with community members and answer basic questions • Track interactions, gather leads, and report activity using mobile devices • Provide accurate, honest representation of the brand with a focus on professionalism • Attend team briefings and regularly update the team on outreach performance • Attend occasional Home Show and other Events • Follow company guidelines regarding privacy, data collection, and customer interaction Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in field environments • Basic knowledge of mobile devices or tablets • Flexible availability- will work early evenings (3pm-8pm M-F) and some weekends • Prior experience in field marketing, canvassing, or promotions is a plus, but not required What We Offer: • This role is hourly pay + bonus based on number of appointments booked and appointments completed • Opportunities to grow into sales or leadership roles • A fun, people-focused role that makes a visible impact on our community outreach • Training and ongoing support from an experienced marketing team Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
