Psychiatry - Program Director | Near Houston, TX | $425K Guarantee | 3 Day Week

A thriving, 370-bed hospital located on the South Texas Coast are seeking a Psychiatrist to oversee their Residency Program as Director while also practicing in a clinical role that is 70% clinical and 30% administrative.

This group is flexible in molding this position around how the incoming Psychiatrist envisions and there is an option for inpatient or outpatient work.

The Position:
• Oversee Psychiatry Residency Program that takes 4 Residents per year
• Brand-new, 70,000 square foot behavioral health facility with 132 inpatient beds set to open in early 2026
• 70% clinical and 30% administrative, 3 clinical days, 1 admin day
• Negotiable Base Salary of $325K + $100K director stipend = $425K before incentives
• Sign-on of $50K, Full Benefits/Retirement, 25 Days PTO
