Adventist Health Sierra Vista is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in Pulmonology to join our compassionate care team in beautiful San Luis Obispo, California. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for patients with pulmonary conditions, including diagnosis, treatment, and management.
• Collaborate with pulmonologists and other specialists to create individualized treatment plans.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including pulmonary function tests.
• Educate patients and families about disease prevention, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of care protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current California PA license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Certification by the NCCPA.
• Previous experience in pulmonology or a related specialty is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to compassionate care.
