Position Summary

Our New Business Models team consists of technical pioneers that design, build, and maintain groundbreaking technologies and product innovations that are transforming the lives of pets and their owners.

Seeking a Program Coordinator to manage the day-to-day needs of the new Purina Perks loyalty program. This role will play an integral role in the marketing and operations functions and will act as a champion for the end consumer. You will be responsible for executing a broad range of program objectives, mostly through cross-functional planning, facilitating, and reporting. You will partner closely with Business Owners, Marketing, Marketing Research, Procurement, and Customer Service. In any given week, you may be deploying new reward items, delighting consumers with product samples, delivering insights through consumer surveys, executing test & learns, or guiding new consumer experiences.

  • Contribute to driving the Purina Perks strategy and lead the day-to-day program management
  • Facilitate core functionality, including receipt functionality, rewards catalogue, and inventory management
  • Advances operations by identifying areas for process improvement, enhancing overall productivity
  • Champion the end-consumer by acting as the primary point of contact for our customer service department, influencing the Purina Perks roadmap.
  • Manage and deploy marketing programs such as promotions, product sampling, and surveys
  • Monitors and analyzes reporting dashboards and program performance reports
  • Analyze data, interpret and summarize findings into actionable conclusions and present to business partners and key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
