Your Role and Responsibilities
Quality Engineering : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement test automation strategies for system integration testing. (SIT) strategies thatto ensure seamless integration of multiple components
and systems.
Automation Expertise : Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium Pythom Talos and other tools to achieve high levels of test coverage and efficiency.
Gen AI and Testing Expert : Leverage Gen AI technologies to enhance testing capabilities such as predicting test cases automating testing and providing insights on test data.
Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of test automation engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to design develop and execute automated testing scripts.
Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes to ensure efficient and effective testing methodologies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience:

• 5 years of experience in test automation quality engineering and leadership roles.
• Selenium and Python hands on experience with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
• Gen AI Experience/Knowledge in applying Gen AI technologies to testing and quality engineering.

Technical Skills:

• Automation Frameworks: Expertise in designing developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks using Selenium Python and Gherkin.
• Testing Automation: Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium Appium
• Gen AI: Knowledge of Gen AI technologies including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) algorithms.
• Quality Engineering: Experience in system integration testing (SIT) and other quality engineering methodologies.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python and JavaScript.
• Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree: In Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Test Automation Specialist (CTAS)
