QA Automation Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team
• Manage release processes
• Oversee the development of the technical side of QA processes, including maintenance of the testing environment.
• Automate and optimize testing and monitoring processes and tools:

- Develop test plans, test cases, and maintain test documentation

- Develop and maintain automated tests

- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and load testing

• Analyze incidents and work on preventing them in the future
• Collaborate with other teams (development, product team)

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working as a QA team leader (at least 5 years in QA automation)
• Knowledge and understanding of best practices in automation testing
• Proficient in Python, PyTest, SQL
• Experience in supporting and developing CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of client-server architecture, web services, REST API
• Proficient user of Linux
• Eagerness to delve into complex business logic and strive to ensure product quality

• Experience with the following stack:

- Playwright

- GitHub Actions/GitLab CI

- AWS

- K8S, HELM

- Allure TestOPS (Qameta)

• Experience in quality assurance in the data domain (BigData, Data QA)
• Experience working as a Tech Lead
