THE ROLE: QA Engineer

We’re looking for…

A rare opportunity to join our incredibly talented QA team and have a massive impact supporting two of the top private sale e-commerce destinations, Rue La La and Gilt. As a QA Engineer, you will help ensure the quality that our 30M+ loyal members demand as we launch new, innovative features powered by Store Manager our internal tools platform. The role is fulltime onsite in our Dublin office. 

What You'll Do:

• Influence the building of software before it’s built
• Test all layers of the codebase with a focus on APIs, database validation and enterprise software using a variety of testing techniques
• Work closely with developers and product managers within a context-driven, agile feature team
• Vet and determine the feasibility of new product concepts
• Find ways to insert quality into all aspects of the business

• 2-5 years of experience working autonomously and part of a team, with a proven track record of delivering quality software with efficiency
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and CI/CD
• Experience with writing and executing test cases and test plans
• Experience with Jira (or other process/issue tracking software)
• Experience testing modern web apps and microservices using tools like Postman, ReadyAPI, etc.
• Experience with Front End Browser based testing (Mobile App experience a plus, but not required)
• A collaborative spirit working with diverse stakeholders across functions such as Engineering, Enterprise Solutions, Product Management, Merchandising, and Business Intelligence
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with querying databases

Expected Base Salary Range: €50,000 - €60,000
