We're looking for QA Engineer for AI Application (EDAi) to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for the functionality of AI applications.
  • Design innovative scenarios targeting different customer use models to identify issues and offer suggestions for improvement.
  • Perform manual and automated testing of conversational flows, APIs, integrations, and overall system performance.
  • Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot issues and report them effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and testing best practices for AI and conversational platforms.

Job Qualifications:

  • B.Sc/M.Sc in Software Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Good knowledge of AI, ML and LLM concepts.
  • Familiar with API testing concepts.
  • Strong grasp of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java for test automation.
  • Experience with QA testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Postman or any similar tool is preferable.
  • Experience working with NLP concepts like intent recognition, entity extraction, and conversational flow is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of QA methodologies and in development tools (version management, defect management, test coverage) is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attentive to details and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, clearly document testing results and efficiently communicate with development teams.
  • Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
