We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer/SDET with a strong background in testing and development to join our team. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, and some hands-on development experience. This role requires proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, React, and C#, with a passion for maintaining high-quality standards across our products. You will work closely with developers to ensure that our software meets the highest quality benchmarks while contributing to the development of automated solutions to streamline testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Debug software products through systematic tests to ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop, modify, and execute software test plans, automated scripts, and programs.
- Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality is preserved and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with development engineers to resolve software issues and provide feedback for technical improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification.
- Develop and enforce test standards, procedures, and strategies.
- Contribute to the continuous integration and deployment processes by developing automation solutions.
- Consult with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality testing and resolve complex technical challenges.
What You'll Work On:
Our team works on several exciting projects across multiple product areas such as:
Accessibility
- Enhance Cloud and Desktop products to meet Accessibility standards.
- Develop Accessibility solutions for both web and desktop applications.
WalkMe Integration
- Improve the architecture and developer experience of WalkMe solutions.
- Create reusable templates for streamlined guide creation by Product Managers.
Localization Tools
- Lead migrations to updated Translation Management Systems (TMS).
- Upgrade internal TMS to React and company library standards.
- Develop backend enhancements using Node.js, including adding types for routes.
- Work on a new translation solution set for launch in the upcoming year.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing roles.
- Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, React, and C#.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing.
- Strong understanding of test automation tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Accessibility standards and testing.
- Knowledge of WalkMe or similar user guidance tools.
- Familiarity with Localization testing processes and tools.
