QA Engineer I

We are looking to hire a QA Engineer to our Strategic Philanthropy team! As the QA Engineer I, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the dependability and excellence of our client integrations. The role is highly collaborative and cross-functional with the core focus being the design, execution, and maintenance of high-quality test cases. Your knack for parsing details and solving problems will be key to helping us deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and maintain test cases and scripts for our Strategic Philanthropy software.
• Execute tests to identify and report any bugs or issues.
• Collaborate with a team of developers and product managers to understand project requirements and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Identify, analyze, and document defects; track their resolution to closure.
• Help to implement test automation frameworks and tools.
• Participate in sprint cycles and contribute to continuous integration and delivery processes.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and a general understanding of database structure.
• Experience with test case management tools (e.g. TestRails) and test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.

US Base Salary: $77,000 - $90,000
