QA Lead in Kyiv

AMFG is a high growth software business in industrial 3D Printing. Our software automates factories that use 3D Printing for global clients like BMW, L’Oreal, Henkel etc. Our vision is to deliver the autonomous factories of the future using cutting edge technology. We have offices across the UK, US, Portugal and Ukraine with projects in over 20 countries

Purpose: to lead and oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the products and/or development processes.

Core responsibilities:

• Own functional product quality
• Own QA processes & strategy
• Own QA test execution
• Own QA team reporting
• Own QA team management
• Mentor QA Engineers
• Participate in release management & planning

Qualifications required:

• Experience in managing QA engineering teams of +5
• Experience in manual QA
• Experience in QA strategies & processes
• Experience working with complex cloud products
• Experience in Scrum Agile
• Experience in working with EU/US clients
• Upper intermediate English language skills
  

Will be a plus:

• Experience in testing of integrations / APIs
• Experience in test automation
• Experience in performance testing
