Why this role
Evolve is the largest tech-enabled, asset-lite provider of vacation rental management services in North America and we’re looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. Our Enablement team supports Owner Growth (OG) consisting of Acquisitions, Onboarding, Real Estate, and Operations functions and will work to ensure that our team and owner interactions align with our goals and quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing hospitality company, and be part of a growing and highly skilled Sales Enablement team! We are focused on finding the best talent to continue accelerating our rapid growth. The Quality Assurance Manager will create, build and analyze all teams within OG to ensure that we are consistently improving our performance and approach.Â
What you’ll do
In partnership with the Director of OG Enablement develop and build a quality assurance framework to define key goals and quality standards, based on already defined organizational goals and outcomes
Develop and create a sales, onboarding, and retention scorecard that will be used to measure quality standards consistently within OG roles
Conduct regular OG Quality Assurance reviews and audits, including conversations with underperforming reps and new reps
Identify trends and insights indicative of performance, and create reports for sales leadership to discuss solutions
Partner with OG Operations to implement SalesLoft process improvements that help create efficiencies for reps, and create resources to support adoption
Work with OG Enablement and L&E to put forth ideas for wide-scale coaching of OG Teams
Partner with OG managers on individual training opportunities based on scorecard input
Create a mechanism to track sales team performance over time and measure progress
Gather, analyze, and present data to (a) understand and improve upon the team’s efficiency and quality of work/messaging, and (b) identify trends and iterate upon processes and/or escalate feedback
Participate and host weekly calibration sessions with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment on quality and expectations
Lead the feedback loop with the Operations, L&E, and OG leadership to drive changes and implement Evolver feedbackÂ
What makes you a great fit
5+ years quality assurance experienceÂ
2+ years people management experience preferred
Experience in a sales organization, preferably in a customer facing roleÂ
Knowledgeable in Salesforce, Salesloft and other sales tools
Experience working cross functionally to develop, launch and optimize effective strategies
Highly organized, efficient and able to prioritize work independently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a sense of urgency and humor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Location
Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! As we grow, we are working towards opening remote opportunities across the entire U.S. We currently are able to hire across the U.S except in the following locations: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania.
Compensation
For this role our salary range is $85,000 to $98,000, depending on relevant experience.
