Primary Responsibilities:
- Framework Development:
- Design, develop, and support frameworks for our test infrastructure
- Provide automation expertise to our development teams
- Testing Execution:

- Execute functional, automation, database, and API testing as per project needs
- Develop automation test scripts using various frameworks
- Enhance automation frameworks as per design needs
- Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases against our software platforms
- Estimate test efforts, analyze and communicate test results, track defects, and participate in day-to-day QA activities
- Document processes and procedures in managing the product and ensure best practices are always followed
- Independently troubleshoot coding issues and solve technical problems from the roots
- Set up continuous integration and continuous testing systems like Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, and Docker
- Deliver software within an Agile (scrum) environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan test schedules and strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
- Ensure that all tests are executed and provide regular feedback to the team lead on the status of quality
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field and 7+ years of work experience in relevant roles
- 3+ years of professional experience in iOS/Android mobile application testing with physical, cloud devices, or simulators/emulators
- Hands-on experience in developing automation test scripts using Selenium
- Experience in manual and automation of web services (Rest, GraphQL) using API testing tools such as Postman, GraphQL Playground, or similar tools
- Experience in Java or JavaScript/TypeScript or QA automations, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
- Experience with updating or enhancing automation frameworks as per design
- Knowledge of Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, RabbitMQ, OpenShift
- Good knowledge of testing concepts and understanding of database concepts, OOPs concepts, and solid core Java skills
- Working knowledge in database and API testing
- Good understanding of Cucumber and Gherkin
- Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in Agile development environments
- Understanding of container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
- Demonstrated ability to take a hands-on approach to implementing QA processes from requirements analysis, test design, automation, and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other teams across the portfolio to assure the success of the overall program
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience working with distributed teams and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members in different locations and time zones
- Familiarity with Test Driven Development and its principles
