Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Effective Project Management - including managing deadlines, identifying stakeholders, understanding, communicating, and achieving goals.
• Relentless focus on operational excellence.
• Knowledge/ familiarity with relevant pump standards like ANSI/ ASME B73.1/ B73.2, ANSI/ API 610, DIN EN ISO 5199, ANSI/ HI, etc.
• Time management – Aptitude for effectively prioritizing tasks to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Active Learning – Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Excellent technical writing ability
• Deductive Reasoning – Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce sensible answers.
• Information recall - Understand the significance of new information not only for current and future needsÂ
• Intuition - Identifying and addressing potential problems before they become issues.
• Quality & Productivity – Produces work at a rapid rate and with high accuracy, demonstrates accountability if mistakes occur.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Experience with ERP systems is required.
Experience with the SAP system is a plus and preferred.
• Must have strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to read manufacturing drawings, procedures, industry standards, and other technical documentation.

Tasks / Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for ensuring the quality of products and services generated by our organization, overseeing material flow from inception to packaging.
• Designing, developing, and implementing best-quality Manufacturing, semi/complete knockdown (SKD/ CKD), and Warehousing Quality Control processes and practices
• Developing and initiating quality standards for inspections, evaluations, and tests
• Maintaining, monitoring, and ensuring the highest quality in products or servicesÂ
• Designing and creating instructions and forms for assessing, evaluating, documenting, and reporting on quality standards in services or productsÂ
•  Troubleshooting and resolving problems related to quality controlÂ
• Researching, compiling, and preparing information on quality control processes, procedures, and activities
• Analyzing and monitoring quality control performance
• Investigating and troubleshooting production or product errors
• Tabulating and documenting data related to processes, materials, and product qualities and reliabilitiesÂ
• Training company staff, technicians, and other professionals on quality control aspects of their work
• Leading, directing, and assisting technical and professional staff in testing and measuring services or products
• Collaborating with company operations managers to create and implement controls and product improvements
• Other duties as assigned
Education / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Five years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment (pump manufacturing an advantage). A college or technical degree is acceptable if complemented with 15+ years of experience in the field.
