Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Initiate inspection sheets for First Article inspection, In-process parts inspection and End of Line inspection.
  • Complete FAI reports for all components, piece parts and assembly
  • Participate in Design Review and FMEA process with all team members and accomplish PMP.
  • Make checking tools or Go/No Go Gauges to facilitate inspection
  • Lead team review for MRB material.
  • Lead customer complaints handling
  • Prepare COC, Material Test reports to complete NPI workbook.
  • Join in Prototype quality review.
  • Lead improvement for PPM over internal and external quality issues
  • Be primary responsible person for quality control of assigned projects or products.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering fields.
  • At least 3 years working experience of quality related position in mechanical or electronical manufacturing industry
  • Root cause analysis over quality issues, organizing team, establishing 8D report and tracking results.
  • Familiar with ISO system and able of analysis quality issue in the eye of system;
  • CET 4 or above, good ability of English communication in oral and written is preferred.
  • Able to read drawing and identify CTQs for quality inspection.
  • Skilled in Microsoft office such as Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
  • Skilled in SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP, PMP is preferred.
  • Good communication ability. Listen to customer, communicate actions carefully and patiently.
  • Physical and environmental abilities
  • Short time travel to customer site to resolve warranty claim if necessary.
