This opportunity is for a new product suite WATSONX that IBM brought to the market in 2024. We are looking for seasoned professionals who are passionate about Data AI and ML.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Test automate and deliver software supporting and enhancing one of IBM's most successful enterprise-level cloud solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for testing new features writing and running automation creating testplans and exercising software development and Agile methodologies in a continuous delivery environment.
- The successful candidate will have a passion for building high-quality innovative and fully fledged testplans and automation to ensure that released software is the utmost of quality.
- The candidate will participate in requirements gathering sprint planning design and technical review to support overall achievement of business objectives
- The candidate will also participate in project management and escalations management activities to help development teams triage and sort out escalations.
- Prior software testing experience
- Prior software testplan creation experience
- Prior automation experience for cloud software
- Experience managing small projects
- Familiarity with microservices Docker Kubernetes or other cloud technologies
- Familiarity with REST API concepts
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment automation tools (CI/CD)
- Experience writing end-to-end tests using frameworks like Intern Selenium
· Cloud-first product testing experience
· Cross-browser quirks and compatibility testing
· Familiarity with multidimensional databases and OLAP concepts
· Experience using build deployment and development tools like Git Travis Jenkins Yarn/NPM Webpack/Gulp
