About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a recently graduated or bachelor/master student interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz as Quality Intern. This role will be based in Plasmon Factory in Latina. You'll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
Purpose of the job
Support the activities of quality improvement, quality control and Microbiological Laboratory.
The Quality Intern will be involved in:

• Microbiology Lab activities;
• Quality Control: evaluation of raw materials based on sampling and inspection plans; dealing with suppliers for the management of the raw materials samples to be analyzed and related analysis certificates;
• Quality Improvement: assessmentof the risks associated with production processes.
• Support in HACCP redaction and review;
• Schedule the activities related the development implementation plan defined.

Qualifications
Hard Skills

• EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included)
• Education: graduated or graduating with full marks from University in Food Science & Technology or Microbiology;
• IT Knowledge: strong MS Office skills (great command in Excel- Access is a plus);
• Language Knowledge: fluent in English and Italian;
• Knowledge of HACCP and its application.
