Quality Manager

General information:

You will be managing quality assurance across the value chain, on site and in the overseas factories during manufacturing. Support qualification of oversea factories. Implementation of quality control procedures across the value chain.

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for quality control of each project with good communication with quality control team in factory, domestic supplier, related organization of Hitachi Ltd.
• You perform quality activity of projects such as checking documents, products, joining design reviews, so on to meet requested quality level of Japanese projects.
• Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

• At minimum, bachelor's degree of engineering or science, or equivalent, or equivalent.
• Required years of experience: minimum 3 years of experiences in power transformer quality control.
• Time management, presentation and planning skills.
• Ability to learn and work in new environment.
• Use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Strong in collaborative and communication skills.
• Language: Strong Japanese and advanced English communication.
