Quality Technician

• Lead the part qualification (PPEP) in 9A state (First Article Inspection).
• Measurement the part for FAI and support part evaluation to solve the part quality issues.
• Suppliers visit on-site for skill & Equipment validation supplier in terms of measurement method.

Qualifications

• Experience in IQA more than 5 years
• Knowledge of Quality Requirement as Sampling plan standard (AQL, LPTD).
• SAP using experience.
• Basic measuring equipment
• Basic of Microsoft office as Excel , Word, power point.
• Understanding DWG concepts and interpretation correctly is a must
• Knowledgeable about GD&T, fundamental metrology, and quality background.
• Familiar with measuring tools (i.e. micrometer, caliper, smart scope, etc.), expertise in a VMM and CMM would be advantage.
• Can design/setting fixtures and explain concepts to suppliers.
• Computer literate program MS office
• Working under pressure, positive mental attitude, and positive discipline
• Education at at least High school.
