As a Quality Vendor Management Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will have the unique opportunity to join a new mRNA GMP facility in Monza. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the general compliance of the mRNA site by providing advice on licensing strategies applicable to the innovative mRNA product. You will collaborate with our Customers, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and QC teams to drive flawless operations and deliver world-class products and services.

  • Participate in the general compliance of the mRNA site by providing advice on licensing strategies applicable to the innovative mRNA product
  • Collaborate with Customers, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and QC teams to ensure exceptional quality and compliance
  • Be the quality supplier management specialist and contact point for new projects
  • Promote our service offering and facilitate supplier qualification
  • Support the head of the Quality Service in ensuring compliance with quality regulations (laws, GMP, FDA, ATMP)
  • Conduct supplier audits to verify compliance with corporate regulations and requirements
  • Support the implementation of Quality Agreements with suppliers
  • Define and update a supplier list in compliance with current regulations
  • Manage complaints to suppliers and reports to customers
  • Ensure smooth conduct of internal audits and inspections

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or equivalent experience
  • Technical and computer skills: Office
  • Fluency in English
  • Attention to detail and excellent planning skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
