Your Role and Responsibilities
Position Overview, Mission Quote to Cash (Q2C ) Contract Professional: Responsible for the promotion and operation of contract creation, contract receipt, ordering, and delivery for all brands.

Job Description With excellent communication and collaboration skills to build relationships with IBM sales and customers, and ensure increased satisfaction through accurate and prompt business processing.In addition to creating contracts, receiving contracts, placing orders, and following up on deliveries, we will proactively seek out and improve opportunities to strengthen contract registration, order management, billing and collection processes beyond standard operations.
