R&D Engineer - DryCap

Your responsibilities:

• You will contribute to new product development and maintain global product technical support for global technology centers for capacitors.
• You will be capable of making proposal for insulation materials and design and capable of conducting design reviews including DFMA/FMEA.
• You will be capable of conducting RCA and supporting quality relevant tasks and capable of providing dielectric knowledge / technical solutions for capacitors.
• You will be capable of supporting cost-optimal high-quality design in direct collaboration with SCM and suppliers.
• You will maintain the design, plan, and execute the development test and type test for the capacitor.
• You will prepare high-quality documents for design outputs.

• You hold master or above degree in electrical engineering, dielectric material background is preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in insulation design from the electrical power industry or the design of high-voltage products is required.
• Project management (PMP) experience is preferred.
• PLM/SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Self-motivated, innovative, structured, and systematic thinking.
• Strong result-driven, high-quality, and high-speed player.
• Excellent learning ability is required.
• Good Team cooperation and communication.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
