We collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and architect scalable and robust solutions tailored to the unique challenges of the pharmaceutical industry.

Main responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design and implementation of all solutions for clinical operations. Ensure alignment with architecture strategy and adhere to governance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clinical experts to understand requirements and challenges from a functional and technical perspective.
• Streamline and simplify (whenever possible) existing architecture, delivering reusable services, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other domains to ensure complete and operable solutions that align with business processes.
• Provide clear and detailed leadership for clinical development architecture within projects.
• Evaluate product usefulness and cost in the supplier selection process.
• Create and maintain current and target-state architecture roadmaps aligned with business needs.
• Responsible for establishing the strategic direction, choosing technologies, and setting standards for the clinical development domain.

ABOUT YOU

Experience

• Strong knowledge of IT technologies, data types, and ontologies, with extensive experience in designing, developing, and optimizing IT solutions
• In-depth understanding of clinical operations processes and workflows, with enthusiasm for digitalization in the Clinical community.
• Expertise in Solution Architecture, including compliance with GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR regulations.
• Experience in translating functional requirements into technical designs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Ideally experience with Sanofi's standard technologies, and ability to work collaboratively in a global/multi-cultural environment (Snowflake, GitHub, IICS, Python, Openshift, ReactJS, SQL, AWS, Azure).
