Job Description

Adventist Health Portland is actively seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Radiation Oncologist (MD/DO) to join our growing oncology practice located in beautiful Portland, Oregon. This opportunity is based at Adventist Health Portland, where you’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive care team.

The ideal candidate will bring clinical strengths and interest in one or more of the following areas:

  1. Radiosurgery – Expertise in delivering precise, high-dose radiation treatments.
  2. Brain Metastases Management – Experience with advanced treatment planning and multidisciplinary care.
  3. Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) – Especially for indications beyond lung cancer.
  4. Head and Neck Oncology – Comprehensive care for complex head and neck malignancies.
  5. Benign Conditions – Including the use of radiation therapy for non-malignant diseases such as osteoarthritis.
  6. Gynecologic Cancers – Proficiency in treating a range of gynecologic malignancies with modern techniques.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology

    • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Oregon

    • Must meet Adventist Health Portland’s medical staff credentialing standards
