What’s in it for you? • Competitive compensation • Excellent Benefits – accrued time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability & life insurance, paid maternity and paternity leave benefits, employee discounts/promotions • Employee discounts & exclusive promotions • Recognition programs, contests, and company-wide awards • Exceptional, collaborative culture • Best Places to Work in BioPharma (2022, 2023, & 2024) • Certified Great Place to Work (2022, 2023, 2025) What will you be doing? • Support vacant territories within your assigned geographical region, both virtually and face-to-face, ensuring consistent coverage and sustained sales momentum • Drive the successful launch and ongoing performance of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives • Develop and implement territory-specific business plans to meet and exceed established KPIs and sales goals • Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including key opinion leaders, to educate on product benefits, efficacy, and appropriate usage • Deliver compelling sales presentations, clearly communicating clinical data and product value to diverse healthcare providers • Develop and implement strategic initiatives such as speaker programs, symposia, and special events to maximize market penetration • Manage administrative tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records and timely reporting • Adhere strictly to regulatory and compliance guidelines while upholding ethical and professional sales practices • Participate actively in training programs, sales meetings, and launch events to stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices What do you need for this position? • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience • 1+ years business to business or business to consumer sales experience required • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment • Strategic thinker capable of developing and driving territory business plans • Ability and willingness to travel within a defined geographical region, including overnight stays • Valid driver’s license in good standing About Inizio Engage Inizio Engage is a strategic, commercial, and creative engagement partner that specializes in healthcare.
