Real Estate Development / Project Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Development Manager to oversee and manage various residential real estate projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and development processes. This role requires excellent time management skills, the ability to read blueprints, and a comprehensive understanding of construction estimating and project scheduling. Duties • Manage the overall development process for real estate projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution. • Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts. • Review contracts and manage contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle. • Perform site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents related to construction projects. • Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements • Proven experience in real estate development or construction management. • Strong understanding of project management principles including project coordination and scheduling. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Familiarity with contracts related to construction projects. • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. • Previous experience on construction sites is preferred. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
