MidAtlantic Finance is seeking to hire an experienced Receptionist and Payment Processor with good administrative skills to oversee our lobby and front reception area in our Clearwater office located on Ulmerton Road. At least 1-year general office and/or reception experience required and bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. Starting pay is $15.00.

 What You'll Do:

• Welcome all on-site visitors via intercom to our secure site
• Answer/Transfer incoming telephone calls
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about the organization
• Receive/sort/route all incoming mail
• Assist with assorted clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning
• Process customer payments accurately/ cash handling
• Balance cash drawer at end of day
• Additional tasks as needed

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and able to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in challenging situations 
• Adept at working in a fast paced environment while meeting daily deadlines.
