Receptionist/Customer Service Representative - Part-Time

Part-Time Receptionist/Customer Service Representative We are seeking a detail-oriented, friendly and dedicated front desk receptionist who will also focus on reaching out to customers and learn to take incoming orders. Duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience and ensuring smooth daily operations. Pay:$14.00–$17.00 per hour (depending on experience) Hours:20–25 hours per week; Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm (some flexibility available) Responsibilities: • Answer phones, direct calls and take messages as needed • Greet and welcome visitors to the building and answer their queries • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and attentiveness • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features • Build productive trust relationships with customers • Support other administrative tasks as needed Skills: • Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred but not required • Strong communication and multitasking skills • Basic understanding of customer service practices • Proficiency in English • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner • Punctual, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to learn and use new computer programs and typing skills • Must have reliable transportation Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount Application Question(s): • Are you available to work from 9 am - 2 pm, Monday - Friday? • What is/was your most recent rate of pay? • Please provide 2-3 references we may contact, including name and contact information.
