Job Title:Recession-Proof Chimney Sales Estimator Company:The Chimney Scientist Location:Poconos/Lehigh Valley, PA Working Hours:Full-time, On-site, Mon to Fri, 7 am - 4 pm Pay Range:$100,000 - $200,000k + (Salary and Commission) Job Description: Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career with The Chimney Scientists in Norristown, PA? We're on the lookout for experienced Sales professionals to join our team. A recession-proof industry selling both need based and want based products with no real competition in the 5 county area. No chimney experience? No problem! We'll provide you with comprehensive training. Your role involves visiting homeowners, inspecting, cleaning fireplaces, and offering chimney repairs, masonry restoration, fireplace improvements, gas inserts, and more. Sales and customer service experience are essential. We provide pre-scheduled warm leads, so no cold calls or door-knocking. If you're ready to earn based on your hard work, join us! Key Responsibilities • Meeting with clients at their homes for scheduled cleaning and inspections. • Inspecting, sweeping, cleaning, analyzing, and determining scopes of repair and installation work. • Providing detailed estimates for parts, materials, and labor. • Clearly and concisely explaining technical information to homeowners. • Maintaining accurate records of inspections, photos, estimates, and sales. • Collaborating with the team for customer satisfaction and project completion. • Responsible for maintaining a logo'd company vehicle in clean and organized condition. • Attending training sessions to stay updated with industry trends and safety standards. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the home and construction industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction. • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Ability to pass a physical, drug test, and background check. • Experienced chimney technicians interested in applying for the position are expected to have a proven track record of $2mil /yr revenue in sales Preferred: • Background of in-home sales (Roofing, Solar, HVAC, siding, etc.) • Proven Sales Track Record. • Sales Training Experience. • Customer Service experience. • Team Leader Experience preferred. • Technical aptitude and mechanical inclination is a plus. • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards. • Familiarity with drones. • Comfortable working at heights, in outdoor environments, and in confined spaces. Software Skills: • Familiarity with Service Titan is preferred.
