Kustom is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager for our office servicing the Seattle region. Location:Lynnwood, WA Salary Range:$80k - $100k + Commissions Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, paid time off, and other benefits. Highlights of the role: • Stakeholder Engagement: • Develop and nurture relationships with all project stakeholders. • Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Project Execution: • • Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety. • Conduct regular site visits, oversee quality, safety, and compliance, and coordinate with the Project Director. • Manage materials and labor, ensuring efficient resource use and adherence to project budgets. • Obtain necessary permits and manage building inspections to comply with regulatory and code requirements. • Customer Experience: • • Maintain open communication with customers, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. • Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering quality and timely results. • Operational Duties: • • Document project progression and provide necessary updates and reports. • Monitor project budgets in collaboration with the Project Director. • Ensure complete closure of projects and preparation for final invoicing. What you will bring: • 2-3 years of experience in construction and/or restoration is required. • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Ability to interpret project-related documents like scopes of work and blueprints. • Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. • A valid driver's license in alignment with company policies.
