Reconstruction Tech - (drywall, texture, paint, trim, etc)

The Reconstruction Team is responsible for putting homes back to pre-loss conditions after mitigation services have been provided and for completing new home warranty items for new home builders. Responsibilities: • Drywall Installation • Texture (must be able to match most textures, especially skip trowel) • Painting • Light Framing • Building/Installing – Baseboard, Casing, and Jambs • Installation of – Cabinets, Counter Tops, Shelving, Etc. • New Home Punch Lists • Appropriately plan for your work orders, ensuring you have all materials necessary to complete your tasks • Follow all Best Practices and Safety Rules and Regulations • Complete All Required Documentation Requirements: • Must be detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, self-motivated, positive, and a team player. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. • Must Have: Personal Set of Tools Necessary to Complete Jobs • Reliable Vehicle to Use for Work [we reimburse mileage] Physical Demands: • This job requires walking, standing, bending, lifting, and manipulating large/heavy items. • Candidates should be comfortable: • Lifting 50+ lbs on a regular basis, • Working at heights and/or on ladders, • Working in confined spaces. Normal schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm; however, we do ask for availability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and/or overtime when necessary.
