- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing scheduling coordinating interview managing docs and forms of selected candidates.
- Ensure offer is sent in speculated timeline and own candidates till onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and talent networks.
- Effectively communicating and keeping stakeholders updated.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers dashboards and ATS records regularly.
- Work on volume hiring niche hiring or campus hiring as per business needs.
- Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Support recruitment projects events and process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
- 4-9 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills (Naukri LinkedIn Boolean search).
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
- Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Experience in volume hiring tech hiring or diversity hiring.
- Knowledge of market intelligence and competitor mapping.
- Experience with recruitment events (walk-ins drives hackathons).
- Proactive and result-focused
