Job Summary:
Scribe-X engages in a full-cycle recruiting program. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, interviewing, offering positions, and continuing to support and nurture the candidates through the hiring and onboarding process. 

Essential Duties:

• Positive high-energy communication.
• Optimize Candidate Engagement by Communicating, coordinating, and guiding candidates throughout their hiring and training journey. 
• Support candidates to ensure success in meeting all key program deadlines. 
• Attend virtual and in-person job fairs to recruit key talent. 
• Participate in key operational and strategy meetings with the recruiting and operations team.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to the hiring process. 
• Proficient with or the ability to learn new recruiting software systems. 

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
• 1-2 years of recruiting experience 
• Medical Scribe experience preferred. 
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Sourcing, and other recruitment tools.
• Additional skills: a driven, competitive team player with interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. 

Compensation / Benefits:

• Salary = $46,000 - $52,500 based on location and experience.
• Exempt or non-exempt depending on state.
• Monthly Commission 
• Upon meeting goals set for the recruiting department. 
• 401k Plan Available with company match up to 5%.
• Health benefits Medical, dental, and vision. 
• 80 hours of Annual Paid Time Off on an accrual basis, then 160 hours per annum eligibility at 12 months of employment.

• Location: Remote position for those more than 30 miles from the Scribe-X corporate office in Portland, Oregon.

Additional Information: 

• Remote workstation provided.
• Work schedule has some flexibility.
• Travel is required approximately 5-10% of the time. 

Physical Demands: This job requires sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
