- Innovative Sourcing: Implement creative sourcing techniques (such as social media, networking, and targeted outreach) to identify top candidates who align with Flow’s brand values and culture.
- Process Optimization: Continuously identify and implement process improvements that balance speed and quality, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring experience.
- Hiring Progress Updates: Maintain proactive communication with hiring managers and key stakeholders, providing regular updates on recruitment progress, flagging potential risks, and suggesting mitigation strategies.
- Data-Driven Approach: Accurately track and report on key recruitment metrics using tools like Gem, LinkedIn, Lever, and other platforms to assess and improve recruitment strategies.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as Flow’s internal policies, throughout the recruitment process.
What You'll Need:
- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in property management, hospitality, food & beverage, or a similar customer-focused sector.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to create and execute sourcing strategies tailored to a variety of roles, ensuring the attraction of high-quality candidates.
- Project Management: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet recruitment deadlines while balancing multiple hiring needs.
- Technology: Proficiency with recruitment tools (Gem, LinkedIn, Lever, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS), with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
