Job Description
Pay Range $67,500 - $70,000
Position Summary
The Recruiter will work with HR Business Partners, Department Managers, and Business Leaders to attract and hire top talent for Foster Farms.Â
Essential Functions:
- Source and recruit Top Talent who align with the Company's cultural pillars.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience by responding to candidate inquiries, providing timely feedback, and ensuring all communication is clear and accurate.
- Builds applicant sources and pipelines, and assists in the development of the TA programs.
- Full-cycle Sourcing and Recruiting, includes pre-boarding and on-boarding of new Team Members
- Ensure candidate record management and correspondence is up to date, timely, and accurate.
- Participate in recruitment and networking events; career fairs, college recruiting, internship program, and other activities, as needed.
- Provide data and analytics on recruitment activity and efforts.
- Create, coordinate, and manage social media postings and employment ad placement.
- Ensure legal compliance and practices.
- Assist in process improvement:Â training and processes to enhance the Talent Acquisition Department
- Assist the HR Specialist, as needed.
- Additional support duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- B.S. degree in business with a concentration in HR management or similar field, preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- 1+ years’ experience in Human Resources with high-volume candidate sourcing at various levels, using an ATS.
- Strong decision-making skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Must value teamwork and attention to detail.
- Quality research and networking skills
- Ability to multi-task, handle multiple projects with hard deadlines, and work in a constant, fast-paced, changing environment.
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated drive and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
- Analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Ability to travel, as needed, for scheduled events.
